STEP 2 · FINDING YOUR AMOUNT
There’s no standard serving — there’s yours. Our droppers are marked in half-milliliters, so you can start small and move in small steps rather than guessing. Most people find their amount within the first few weeks and stay there.

Take the same amount at the same time each day for one to two days. Place it under your tongue, hold for about thirty seconds, then swallow.
After a few days of consistency, check in with yourself. Is the evening winding down more easily? Is the morning starting the way you wanted?
If it isn’t quite there yet, move up a half-dropper and give it another week. Most people land somewhere and stay there. Over time you made need to increase your dose.
